All about the role:
As key a member of the manufacturing finance team you will work closely with your colleagues on the preparation of accurate reports for various customers in accordance with the Electrolux Accounting guidelines. Also investigate unusual results and follow through with corrective actions.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure that general ledger accounts are reconciled, and all issues followed up and accounted for monthly
- Ensure that journals are entered and processed in a timely manner to meet month end timetables
- Support on Capex Creation, Tracking and Forecast
- Assist with the monthly financial reports and the Environmental KPI Data pack
- Complete the monthly departmental cost reports
- Assist with the monthly Manufacturing Controlling Reports and KPI Reports
- Assist with Cost Variance analysis and reporting
- Manage the GRIR clearing accounts and follow up any unexpected variances
- Assist with the monthly purchasing and direct material reporting as required
- Assist with the Budget and Quarterly Forecast Process
- Assist with the invoice coding if required
- Support on Investment request analysis if required
- Assist with Electrolux Control Systems (ECS ) reporting
- Organize cyclical stock take as required
- Prepare discontinued stock advice and complete journal entries for adjustments of stock accounts
Who you are:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- An analytical mind and process driven
- Excellent Time Management
- Advanced Excel and data integration skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
You will be based in our Dudley Park, Adelaide manufacturing facility, within the Finance team.
