JOB PURPOSE
 

We are searching for a key account and business development manager with strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to harvest growth from white spaces, while managing and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts. You will lead end-to-end the identification and capturing of growth from white spaces, including driving new business models, strategy and partnerships. You will also manage key accounts, securing their partnerships towards win-win growth opportunities.

This is an exciting hybrid role of strategy, key account sales and business development that allows the individual to develop into holistic sales leadership.  If you have strong business acumen, is results-driven, and want to co-create the future food scene with key leaders across the food industry, then this role is for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
 

INCREASE SALES & PROFITABILITY OF KEY ACCOUNTS

  • Deeply understand key strategic customers to develop and deliver joint business growth plans and pipeline opportunities

  • Identify and maximise key customers’ product mix to deliver healthy and profitable growth

  • Negotiate effectively (e.g. value proposition, marketing support, product offers) to maximise ROI

  • Develop, deliver presentations, pitch decks for key customers interactions

  • Build strong and sustainable customer relationships via regular sales calls

  • Provide support to ensure smooth operations at customers level

IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP NEW SOURCE OF GROWTH

  • Define, implement and manage new source of growth white space segments

  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Drive relevant pilots necessary to testbed new models and ideas for current and future-fit growth

  • Innovate product solutions and value-added service propositions through industry partnerships and new business models

  • Create business case to size opportunities, and make recommendations for investments using data; Drive data-driven analysis and decision-making

  • Manage industry relations and grow UFS network and presence

Experiences & Qualifications
