Assistant Event Manager : Paid Training/ Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Event Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Help oversee event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth event operations.
• Attendee Engagement: Engage with event attendees to enhance their experience and provide information.
• Promotional Support: Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials for events.
• Event Monitoring: Monitor event activities and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support, including preparing event reports and tracking performance metrics.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with the team to develop and implement effective event strategies.
