Endicott College is seeking a driven, creative and highly organized Assistant Director of Graduate Admission to manage our graduate education enrollment and retention efforts. The Assistant Director of Graduate Admission is responsible for all aspects of the graduate admissions process related to the recruitment of prospective education students. The Assistant Director is responsible for proactively engaging students throughout the enrollment process, assisting in program identification and utilizing a CRM (Slate – Technolutions) to manage prospects and applicant conversion. This position will also be tasked with planning virtual and in-person admission events as necessary.
In this position, you will work closely with program directors to ensure enrollment goals are met. Our goal is to attract and enroll dynamic students to Endicott's outstanding graduate programs.
This position reports to our Director of Graduate Admissions. It is a full-time, 12-month position that includes medical, dental, retirement and tuition benefits for you and your family. Endicott is located 20 miles north of Boston and accessible by public transportation. The parking is free and the beautiful beaches are close by!
Qualifications include:
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience in the Education industry preferred
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in graduate enrollment management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Slate preferred.
