Job Description

Your playing field:

  • Organize. You will organize and coordinate various recurring and ad-hoc administrative tasks within the Customer Operations department. 
  • Engagement. Support and take charge in creating a vibrant team culture, bringing fresh ideas to inspire and engage our Customer Operations team.
  • Document. You will document and proofread processes, procedures and other materials to ensure they are all kept at the same high level of standard.
  • Communicate. Keep an open line of communication and ensure that everyone is updated in a timely manner and deadlines are kept. 
  • Support. Collaborate and support the team and leadership by tackling a variety of tasks that drive efficiency and success, such as organization of events, travel planning and anything else needed. 

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Experience. You are holding a Bachelors' or Diploma or a similar qualification and you have relevant experience from working in a related role as well as a good understanding of Customer Operations. 
  • Structured. Your organization skills are next level. You are able to keep track and coordinate various tasks without loosing your focus. 
  • Tech-Savvy. You are an expert in MS Office and ideally have worked with documentation and/or project management tools like Jira or Confluence before. 
  • Ownership. You take responsibility for your tasks and you can work with minimal supervision. You are self-driven and perform well under pressure.
  • Communication. You understand the power of communication and excel at keeping everyone informed and connected. 
  • Languages. Our #oneteam consists of more than 50 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. Therefore fluent English is important as it is the way we communicate within the company– score some extra points with us if you can speak and write in German too.
