Job Description

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate meetings (mainly virtual) across multiple time zones
  • Arranging events including co-ordination of lunches, dinners / bigger team events
  • Proactive organization and coordination of business trips, including booking and arranging travel, visas, transport and accommodation.
  • Assisting with administrative duties, processing purchase orders, invoices and expense claims using company-specific systems (Concur Expense management, Coupa PO & Invoice Management, Vendor management)
  • Collate and produce high-standard documents for a variety of forums including team and management meetings
  • Working closely with HR to onboard new starters / create induction plans
  • Participation in current department projects and other tasks as required
  • Able to pick up new responsibilities from the team / ad-hoc requests
  • Working closely with other EAs across the ELT / in the business and building rapport
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders
