Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team at a fast-growing tech company. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Senior Controller and working closely with key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Work closely with external auditors and tax consultants
- Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
- Participate in system implementations and process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to support financial operations
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Must
- Internship completed at one of the Big 4 accounting firms – Must
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a tech or global company – Advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field from a leading university or college (e.g., Tel Aviv University, Reichman, College of Management, Ono)
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
