Job Summary
This position will support the financial operations, reporting, and analysis for the Region US OpU and for multiple manufacturing facilities in the United States.
Key responsibilities include supporting the month-end close process, overseeing planning and reporting activities, driving cost initiatives, and effectively communicating results to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Salary Range: $100,000-140,000
• Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Region US OpU.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver month end reports and insights to the VP Finance and Region OpU leadership team.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls and local regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits (internal and external) and implement recommendations to improve financial compliance.
Cost Management and Operational Support
- Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with corporate standards.
- Support plant controllers in driving cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
- Provide financial evaluation and guidance on capital expenditure proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals.
- Monitor Net Working Capital targets and support efficiency projects for the US sites
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with regional and plant leadership to support decision-making and operational improvements.
- Provide financial expertise for decision-making in areas such as make vs buy, product costing, and investment planning.
- Act as a liaison between plant controllers and the Region OpU to ensure alignment with goals.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA, CPA, CMA a plus.
- Requires 5 years’ experience in progressively challenging accounting/finance positions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
