We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 276-unit dual-site apartment communities in Pensacola, Florida! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least on year of leasing experience on an apartment community.
- Assistant Community Manager experience is preferred.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work every other Saturday with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Friday & every other Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
