Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an Assistant Programmatic Buyer to support RTB optimization and strategy for the Constellation brand at Horizon Media. This role drives execution and improvement of ad-exchange media buying (banner, video, and mobile) for Constellation Beer and Wine.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
60% Buying and Optimization
- Support planning, buying and optimization of programmatic media across a portfolio of brands for the Constellations Brand
- Collaborate with Constellation direct site planners and Constellation brand team on RTB data strategy and premium-programmatic media plans
- Support the documentation of optimizations and learnings
- Educate internal and external clients on DSP capabilities and routine optimization
20% Trafficking and Reporting
- Implement best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations and reporting
- Use reporting to make analytical decisions that lead to key optimizations and improved campaign performance
20% Client Service
- Design and implement strategies to improve performance for clients, supporting recommendations with results data
Supervisory Responsibilities
Train more junior assistants and intern level programmatic buyers
Knowledge and Skills Required
Proven ability to make data driven decisions based on analytical data
Some knowledge of the programmatic space and understanding of the self-service DSP model
Some advertising experience
Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments
Preference to work on the disruptive side of business, with new DSP technology
Knowledge of statistical concepts relevant for optimization, as well as scientific testing in live media environments

Salary Range
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
