Ce que vous apportez

Au moins 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en services de soutien administratif dans l’industrie de l’immobilier commercial ou toute autre industrie de services professionnels.

Une maîtrise de la suite Office, y compris MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint.

D'Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais

D’excellentes capacités d’organisation et de priorisation des tâches.
Autres compétences ou expériences (un atout)

Intérêt et aptitudes pour la nouvelle technologie (systèmes de gestion de la relation client, facturation etc.)

Connaissances en recherche (taxes, démographie, statistiques, zonage, etc.).

Vous avez de solides aptitudes en planification, en organisation et priorisation des tâches afin de mener à terme tout projet qui vous est confié.

Vous savez gérer, coordonner et organiser des calendriers d’affaires de main de maître via Outlook, pour planifier la cédule des courtiers de votre équipe avec des priorités changeantes

Vous êtes à l’aise à coordonner la logistique entourant des événements et présentations pour des clients ou des prospects potentiels

Vous savez maintenir des relations fluides et professionnelles avec les clients ainsi que vos collègues des différents départements internes (données, recherche, marketing et opérations de courtage).

Vous prendrez plaisir à organiser des voyages et des réunions

Vous aurez facilité à rédiger et distribuer des communications sous formes de courriels, mémos, lettres et formulaires.

What you bring

At least 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support services in the commercial real estate industry or any other professional services industry.

Full proficiency in the Office suite including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.

Excellent organizational and task prioritization skills.
Bonus skills

Interest and ability to use new technology (customer relationship management systems, billing, etc.)

Experience conducting research (taxes, demographics, statistics, zoning, etc.).

You have strong capacities in planning, organization, and prioritization of tasks to complete any project entrusted to you.

You are confident in your skills to manage and organize the advisor’s Outlook (email & calendar), monitoring emails, booking calls with clients, understanding priorities.

You have experience in coordinating projects presented to clients or potential prospects.

You are confident in your ability to maintain a good relationship with clients and colleagues in various departments (data, research, marketing, and brokerage operation specialists).

Planning for travel & meetings.

Write & distribute email correspondence, memos, letters and forms.

Submit & reconcile expense reports.

Other administrative tasks or special projects as required.
