The Assistant Accountant will manage SAP timesheet follow-ups, generate E-invoices using Cleartax, oversee accounts receivable and cash receipt monitoring, ensure accuracy in employee expense reports, assist in VAT return preparation, and provide administrative support for financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•    SAP Timesheet follow up in a weekly basis & daily during the closing period

until the supervisors approved the timesheet.
•    Generating E-invoicing in Cleartax as per project team’s request.
•    Accounts Receivable invoicing & cash receipt monitoring.
•    Employee expense report supporting documentation completeness checking.

•    Provide administrative support for financial operations as needed.
•    Assisting on VAT return preparation 
•    Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the line manager.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•    Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
