Job Summary:
Rag & bone is currently looking for an Assistant Account Executive –Domestic Wholesale team. This person will support the Sales Director and Account Executives with daily reporting, communicating with accounts and sample management. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about rag & bone and is excited to learn about the wholesale business. The perfect candidate will be extremely detail oriented, an excellent communicator and comfortable using a variety of formulas to manipulate data in excel.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and complete weekly/monthly selling templates for all franchise and major accounts
- Update weekly shipping updates and keep clients up to date on forecast/needs
- Partner with logistics to make sure open orders are being shipped complete and on time
- Manage open order report and shipped report
- Order entry and maintenance
- Facilitate market set up (manage market temps, samples, showroom, models, JOOR updates)
- Assist with specialty and major market appointments as needed
- Depending on year active in the role, specialty stores will be assigned
- Daily communication with clients and completion of administrative/back office requests
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience or relevant internship experience in sales, merchandising, buying or related fields
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks efficiently
- Detail oriented with strong ability to multitask
