Job Description
JPMorgan Asset Management oversees $763b in US equities for institutions and individual investors throughout the world. Join us as a US Equity Investment Specialist and play a pivotal role in expanding our US Equity business in the APAC region.
Job Summary:
As a US Equity Investment Specialist within the US Equity business, you will represent investment teams and strategies to internal partners, prospects, and existing clients. You will collaborate with portfolio managers and other investors to drive new business and oversee existing products and new product initiatives. Your role is crucial in positioning and messaging our products to achieve business growth and provide exceptional client service.
You will work closely with client advisors as well as product strategy, product development, and other internal groups to ensure the success of our US Equity business. This role is ideal for ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent investment teams and strategies to internal partners, prospects, and existing clients.
- Drive business growth in the US Equity Fund sector for investors in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and other investors to position and message products effectively.
- Oversee existing products and new product initiatives in partnership with product strategy and development teams.
- Provide superior client service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Communicate investment strategies and articulate investments with clients.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and other partners to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience with strong understanding of financial services industry, equities and capital markets.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate investment strategies with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and team-oriented work ethic.
- Good writing, communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Progress towards or completion of a CFA or comparable qualification.
