Join J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM), a global leader in providing customized fixed income solutions to a diverse range of clients. As a member of the Global Liquidity Sales Team, you'll partner with Client Advisors to prospect and close business, promoting JPMorgan Global Liquidity to institutional and intermediary clients. This role is an opportunity for self-starters with a strong desire to succeed and consistently achieve goals.
As an Asset Management - Global Liquidity - Internal Client Advisor - Associate within J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will partner with 2-3 Client Advisors to identify and develop new business opportunities. You will be a key player in managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing ongoing communication. Your role will also involve identifying cross-selling opportunities and generating new prospect referrals. You will work closely with the Global Liquidity Client Services team to ensure efficient onboarding and execution of KYC/AML processes. Your proactive approach will be crucial in citing opportunities for process improvement and procedural efficiencies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop and strengthen relationships across the organization and with business partners across the firm.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with 2-3 Client Advisors to identify and develop new business opportunities with clients/prospects as well as assist with territory management.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities with existing clients as well as generate new prospect referrals.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships, by responding to client inquiries, providing ongoing communication with clients/prospects, and developing a full view of each client's business and investment needs.
  • Deliver \"the best of the firm\" to key clients, through value-add tools/support, product information and updates, as well as unique JPM market insights.
  • Coordinate with the Global Liquidity Client Services team to ensure efficient onboarding and execution of KYC/AML processes.
  • Ensure cross-team cooperation by identifying and promoting best practices with Client Advisors as well as the wider global sales team.
  • Proactively cite opportunities for process improvement and procedural efficiencies.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with internal bank partners, portfolio managers, client portfolio managers and client service/operations.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Proven results in client relationship management and/or sales teams
  • Demonstrates a drive for achievement and compels others to strive for excellence.
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge by understanding the competition, the client and marketplace
  • Track record of collaboration and partnership across multiple internal teams
  • Demonstrates knowledge on fixed income investment products.
  • Capacity to build relationships across entire organization and with business partners across the firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands from multiple stakeholders
  • Education: Bachelor degree required
  • Experience: 3+ year's financial services experience and/or directly related sales experience
  • Languages: French, German and Dutch fluent
