As a key member of our Asset Management - APAC Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing strategies and initiatives. As a Senior Associate in the APAC Marketing team, you will assist in planning, managing, and executing tasks that align with our regional business and marketing priorities. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement regional social media strategies, enhancing brand awareness and client engagement. Your role will be pivotal in advancing our marketing efforts and achieving business impact through integrated strategies.
Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and strategic initiatives
  • Support the Chief Marketing Officer with regular reporting, analysis, and planning
  • Coordinate and prepare materials and reports for senior management and other forums
  • Set targets to increase brand recognition, customer engagement, and brand loyalty
  • Design and execute campaigns to deliver exceptional client engagement across channels
  • Plan, create, publish, and share content to increase brand awareness and build connections
  • Optimize content across channels to amplify impact
  • Evaluate tools and techniques to enhance measurement of social media activities
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing efforts, including competitive analysis
  • Advocate for a collaborative culture to achieve common goals
  • Manage projects and perform duties as required


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital and/or social media marketing including specialized in platforms such as WeChat
  • Interest in business analysis, marketing strategy, and project management
  • Ability to analyze market and competition trends to identify opportunities, with strong knowledge of the market landscape and client behavior in Asia
  • Proven experience in digital and/or social media marketing, with a strong marketing sense and ability to integrate social media strategy
  • Passion for and fluency in web technologies, social platforms, and digital media
  • Ability to strengthen brand efforts by collaborating with content producers and marketing managers
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills; fluent in English and Mandarin
  • High level of independence, positive energy, and respect for diversity
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to the organization's best interests
