JR56290 Asia Digital Marketing Lead

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative team member. The Asia Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organic and paid social media management across various platforms. This person will also be tasked with managing paid campaign strategies and analyzing performance through Google Analytics to drive brand awareness and marketing initiatives across the Asian markets. The candidate will manage digital marketing initiatives across India, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan, requiring a nuanced understanding of these diverse markets, navigating diverse cultural landscapes and the ability to tailor strategies accordingly. The position will be in Taipei and report to the Sr. Manager of Asia Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that includes both organic and paid efforts to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content across social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of digital marketing reports, extract key insights, and formulate strategic recommendations to enhance marketing performance based on the findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Asia and collaborate with the global team to integrate digital marketing strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media to keep the brand at the forefront of the digital space.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
