ASEPTIC FILLING OPERATOR III

Job Summary

The FreeFlex Bag Filling Technician III is responsible for all aspects of operating and troubleshooting a state-of-the-art, high-speed IV bag filling line in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices. Must understand advanced automated systems and be knowledgeable of good clean room technique to minimize potential for product contamination.Responsibilities

1) Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot a fully Integrated Bag Making Filling Machine (IBFM), Robot Cell Overwrap equipment (RCO) and Overwrap Machine, in a clean room environment.

2) Ability to operate advanced HMI applications.

3) Perform in process control testing of product, including fill volume, functional testing and visual inspection.

4) Adept at problem solving. Specifically, to identify problem, developing solution, and execute corrections while adhering to all applicable SOPs.

5) Documents work accurately and in a timely manner.

6) Promotes teamwork through concise communication with co-workers and leaders.

7) Full understanding of SOPs and GMPs.

Perform other duties as directed. Might act as a lead in the absence of a Group Leader or a Supervisor.

Requirements:

· 3+years of pharmaceutical experience or highly regulated manufacturing environment required.

· Advanced HMI aptitude including knowledge of electrical, mechanical and automation fundamentals.

· Can lift up to 30 lbs.

Ability to perform duties in clean room environment.
