Position Summary

This position is responsible for the artwork verification for text content and technical aspects, good to print review, and associated cGMP documents. The role involves working in close collaboration with the Artwork Designer, Regulatory market(s), packaging site (internal or CMOs), and print vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proofreading:
    • Proofread between the Regulatory text and the artwork provided by the Artwork Designer
  • Technical Verification:
    • Conduct technical verification of the Artwork according to the packaging site (internal or CMOs) and/or printer suppliers
  • Deployment:
    • Deploy approved Artwork to the packaging site (internal or CMOs) and/or to the printer suppliers
  • Approval:
    • Review and approve the good to print provided by the print vendor
  • Documentation:
    • Review and complete the associated cGMP documents
  • Collaboration:
    • Provide partnership and support to the Artwork Designer, packaging site), and Regulatory market(s)

Skills and Knowledge required

  • Prerequisites:
  • Strong experience in a Graphical Industry and Pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience in artwork comparison
  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Advanced professional certificate in Graphical Industry profession (e.g., CFC)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years in artwork and labeling
  • Technical Skills:
    • Good knowledge of GlobalVision software and other Proof reading software
    • Good knowledge of the cGMP and its application in a pharmaceutical company
    • Good knowledge of packaging design
    • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant graphical design software
    • Good knowledge of the most common MS Office software
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
