Job Title Product Manager - Collateral Solutions and Current Accounts

The Corporate Cash Management Product Management Team is seeking a Product Manager based in Dublin who will manage Collateral Solutions linked to Current Accounts within Corporate Cash Management. Your responsibility will cover the end-to-end product management of the Account Bank product and other collateral solutions within the Corporate Cash Management business.
You will closely work with other product specialists, sales, and implementation teams. You will report into the Global Deposits Management & Solutions Head and will partner with the Liquidity and Account Services product teams and various stakeholders across the Bank.

Your key responsibilities
- Globally organise the Account Bank Product & standardise the offering where possible to improve the client onboarding & opportunity to ramp up
- Build an efficient & global model for offering collateral type account products that works in each branch we offer the account product
- Work with sales to build a pipeline & commercial roadmap which you will monitor & track to ensure our revenue commitments are delivered against
- Work with our legal teams in each region to ensure we have the right templates in place to support efficient onboarding of new transactions and deals
Your skills and experience
- Good understanding of the account products, transaction banking, processes and insight into challenges faced by Corporate and Institution clients and the solutions the Bank can offer
- Experience of working with Account and Collateral legal agreements will be highly beneficial to bring additional expertise into the role
- Understand end-to-end picture of product financials & product performance/health to ensure sustainable performance & product profitability
- Ability to analyse business/ market problems and to align it with global strategies and priorities
- Good analytical skills combined with project management experience
- Understanding of Market Problems. Record, Validate & Track Market Problems, identify and document existing, changing or new market problems for a given product. Experience at interacting widely through a global banking organisation
