Job Title: Art Director
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising or media campaign and coordinate the work of other artistic or design staff
- Ensure work delivered to client is of highest standards
- Be a part of the working team from concept ideation to completion of the creative process.
- Work with client on design
- Take complex business challenges & distill them into simple creative ideas.
- Design & illustrate work that spans Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, online banners, eComm pages, web content, and performance media.
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists and account team to establish appropriate creative directions
- Present and share creative work both internally and externally.
- Stay up to date with current industry trends, events, innovative solutions and latest aesthetic trends.
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Participate in brainstorming sessions
- Supervise production from concept ideation to completion.
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Exhibit excellent software, graphic design and illustration skills.
- Are a disciplined creative who understands that every piece of work deserves craft, care, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Powerpoint.
- Excellent Time management.
- Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities.
- Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally
- Proficient in Writing, Research, and presentation skills at least in English
