Job Description

  • Gets and acquire new customer contacts 
  • Ensures the implementation of the sales plan in his/her region
  • Deliver sales activities of the company's products and services
  • Regularly visits VIP customers, strives to expand services with existing customers
  • Gives incentives to improve services for clients
  • Immediately transmits information on any impending problems
  • Processes client contracts
  • Enters offers, new customers into the Navision and CRM information system (acquisition creation, contract scan, intranet storage), negotiation of terms with new customers
  • Processes reports
  • Records the receivables of his/her clients, communicates with debtors (signatures debt recognition, etc.), and notifies in a timely manner any problems of clients
  • Responds to customer complaints
  • Maintenance and development of customer relations
  • 60% care for the existing client portfolio and 40% acquisition of new clients
  • Conducting business negotiations with owners and fleet managers of transport companies
  • Negotiation of terms and conditions within the offered products and services
  • Resolution of complaints and settlement of receivables in cooperation with other departments
  • Monitoring of market trends and monitoring of competition

Qualifications

  • Min. 5 years’ experience in the similar sales position
  • Active driver – group B
  • Graduation at Middle school
  • English language – B1 (active knowledge is welcomed)
  • Slovak language – native speaker 
  • Willingness to travel with time flexibility
  • High level of sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong professional presentation and communication skills
  • Sales targets and business understanding
  • Proactive approach, business drive and customer acumen
  • Reliability and responsible mindset
  • Effective cooperation within the matrix set up team

Additional Information

Salary: min. 2000 EUR/ (brutto/monthly) Final salary is upon agreement.
