Job Details
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops software product and solution strategies that support product requirements and investment decisions for Platforms across the organization, weaving the enterprise technology vision into the planning and investment processes
  • Crafts architecture for systems and data integration, that enables the organization to deliver integration at scale
  • Constructs and maintains an Enterprise portfolio to support Application capabilities lifecycle and roadmap initiatives
  • Defines and sets governance standards for Application Strategies
  • Develops Platform Reference Architectures and Roadmaps
  • Defines Application and Solution Principles, Policies, and Standards
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to business areas in the analysis of innovative technologies and how they impact the broader Enterprise Architecture
  • Advises business areas in analyzing application portfolio and component strategy to best support simplification efforts and reduce Technology Debt
  • Works with knowledgeable Associates to build an understanding of Client Organization businesses, strategies, and KPIs
  • Drives simplification and standardization of enterprise integration solutions and ensures low-cost, effective solutions that meet business requirements
  • Partners with Technology Domain architects around the cross-section of Applications and End User Computing in the relationship to the customer and associate experience
  • Ensures compatibility and integration of new applications and platforms with existing solutions, infrastructure, services, and strategic requirements
  • Ensures Application, information, and platform reference architecture standards are in place and fits within the existing ecosystem of enterprise IT to support business processes
  • Drives Technology decision making within and outside of IT to reduce Architecture risk, deliver business outcomes faster, and be technology lean
  • Partners with various business stakeholders and technology leaders to translate program requirements into technical solutions and system designs
  • Maintains an organization wide view of current and future business and architecture to provide solutions that integrate into the overall architectural vision and strategy


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
Preferred Certifications:

  • Android Development Certification
  • Cloud Architect Certifications
  • Integration Architects Certifications
  • Application/Infrastructure/Enterprise Architect Training and Certification, e.g. TOGAF
  • SAFe Agile Certification


WORK EXPERIENCE:
8+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in software designing and development or systems architecture.
