Die Dow-Werke in Deutschland zählen weltweit zu den modernsten und sichersten Chemiestandorten. Um unseren hohen Standard im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz weiter auszubauen, suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres werksärztlichen Teams eine:n engagierte:n Facharzt:in für Arbeitsmedizin. Ihr Hauptarbeitsort wird unser Standort in Schkopau sein, mit gelegentlichen Einsätzen in der Umgebung (Leuna, Böhlen). Verantwortlichkeiten
- Ihr Verantwortungsbereich entspricht den in §3 ASiG festgelegten Aufgaben eines Betriebsarztes, wobei arbeitsmedizinische Einstellungs-/Eignungs- und Vorsorgeuntersuchungen einen wesentlichen Schwerpunkt bilden.
- Zusätzlich beraten Sie hinsichtlich reisemedizinischer Themen und nehmen Impfungen vor.
- Sie betreuen unsere beiden notfallmedizinischen Ambulanzen, organisieren die Erste Hilfe und übernehmen die Nachsorge.
- Sie behandeln medizinische Notfälle und betreuen die Wiedereingliederung nach schweren Erkrankungen und Unfällen.
- Zudem untersuchen Sie Auswirkungen berufstypischer Belastungen auf die Gesundheit der Mitarbeitenden, bewerten Risiken an verschiedenen Arbeitsplätzen und beraten hinsichtlich präventiver Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung.
- Sie führen Schulungen zur Gesundheitsförderung, Arbeitsschutz und unterstützen bei der Gefährdungsbeurteilung bzw. der Erstellung von Katastrophenschutz- und Pandemieplänen.
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene arbeitsmedizinische Facharztausbildung bzw. abgeschlossene Facharztqualifikation mit Zusatzbezeichnung Betriebsmedizin.
- Offene, emphatische Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise.
- Überzeugendes Auftreten mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und hoher sozialer Kompetenz.
- Sichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Führerschein Klasse B
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsmedizin in einem industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise der chemischen Industrie
- Zusatzqualifikation auf den Gebieten Reise- und Verkehrsmedizin sowie Strahlenschutz sind von Vorteil.
