Welcome to our dynamic Accounts Receivable department! Here, we ensure that all payments received by the company are recorded timely, accurately, and with exceptional quality. Our team is dedicated to maintaining financial integrity and providing top-notch service. If you're looking for a role where you can make a significant impact and work with a supportive and fun team, you've found the right place!
Where you come in:
- You will be the subject matter expert in payment application process (SME)
- You can drive investigation and resolution of unidentified payments and deductions
- You can assist Finance Manager in Escalations pertaining to AR
- You are the team’s focal and go to person by other business partners in resolving difficult customer accounts
- You will adhere to continuous follow up in clearing open items
- You can provide factual recommendations, based on factual information, pertaining to write-off and refund.
What makes you successful:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or any other 4-year business related course
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivables
- You have good customer service orientation and with good analytical and interpersonal skills
- You are Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English communication skills (written and spoken)
- You can Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
