Job Description

We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper who is available 3 days a week. You will be responsible for maintaining our books and A/R. You will be working closely with our advertiser management team in order to maintain A/R.

Job Tasks:

Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Create monthly financial reports
Manage A/R by sending invoices and following up with clients

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience bookkeeping
Experience with QBO
Strong written and verbal skills
Attention to detail
