Job Description
Position
We are looking for a hands-on and structured Accounts Receivable Analyst EMEA to join our growing team, positioned within the Finance Team and reporting to the Team Lead AR EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Creation of reports on the status of off-invoices (marketing, services, advertising measures, penalties)
- Reporting to the Claims Resolution Manager on the status of off-invoice claims and rejections
- Handling of off-invoices after approval by Key Account Management
- Communicate with the Claim Coordination Team and the Collections Team
- Adjustment of corresponding provisions in SAP
- Creation and posting of credit notes and clearing of items
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training and initial professional experience
- Hands-on experience with processing claims
- Experience with SAP FICO
- Fluency in English, proficiency in Dutch
- Good knowledge of VAT regulations in relation to processing customer receivables/credit notes would be desirable
- Skilled in Excel
