- Job Title: AR Accountant
- Contract: Fixed term (1yr)
- Location: Seoul
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide local AR (Accounts Receivable) support for the transactions.
- Handle billing processes, including Sales Tax Invoice support.
- Conduct credit management tasks such as setting credit limits and releasing orders.
- Monitor and manage overdue payments using ERP systems (SAP, Visustore).
- Coordinate with distributor partners (대리점) regarding commission agreements and messaging.
- Update and track daily incoming payments using WIN-CMS and Payat.
- Maintain and manage customer master data.
- Support additional finance-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in accounts receivable, credit management, or finance-related roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of client needs.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
