We are looking for an apprentice workshop technician for our Grigny, Rhône-Alpes (69)site.

Responsibilities:

  • Overhaul mechanical equipment in the service workshop.

  • Comply with Flowserve group safety rules.

  • Dismantle equipment to be appraised.

  • Draw up list of defective parts to be ordered.

  • Sandblasting and machining of retained parts.

  • Preparation and reassembly according to instructions.

  • Lining, if necessary, if pump unit.

  • Preparation for painting and painting in the cab.

  • Responsible for tidying up and keeping the workshop clean, as well as first-level maintenance of equipment.

Requirements:

  • Theoretical knowledge of mechanics.

  • Practical knowledge of general mechanics.

  • Blueprint reading.

  • Machining on a conventional lathe.

  • Team spirit and interpersonal skills.

  • Autonomy and initiative.

  • Dynamic.
