Au sein de la Direction Commerciale, et rattaché au Service Clients, vous intégrez une équipe en charge du suivi administratif de nos contrats commerciaux en France.
Vous serez dédié à l'équipe commerciale pour le suivi de leurs portefeuilles clients.
** VOS OBJECTIFS** 🎯
A ce titre, vos principales missions seront de :
- Répondre aux demandes des clients (mail, téléphone, portail web) ;
- Assurer le suivi et la gestion des demandes clients : garantir l’application des procédures internes et tenir informé le client et le commercial des actions menées ;
- Travailler avec les commerciaux pour identifier les potentiels risques / problématiques liés à l’exécution du contrat commercial : suivi des inventaires, vérification des flux informatiques (EDI), analyses des écarts, déclaration de stock, facturation, etc. ;
- Participer au suivi des indicateurs clés : Temps de fermeture des demandes clients, mesure des écarts de stock, volume de factures en litiges, Temps de clôture des inventaires clients, etc.

- Etudiant en Bac+2/3, vous souhaitez apprendre les métiers de la relation clients / du service clients et souhaitez mettre en application vos acquis théoriques dans une société à taille humaine et à la renommée internationale.
- Votre excellent relationnel vous permet d’interagir avec une grande variété d’interlocuteurs : vous aimez comprendre les sujets et trouver des solutions.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, très bien organisé, autonome et avez de bonnes capacités analytiques.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les nouvelles technologies et vous maîtrisez les outils Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Vous avez de solides bases en anglais et pouvez le pratiquer au quotidien dans un environnement professionnel.
