As an Applications Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless operation of our information systems. You will be responsible for analyzing, crafting, and implementing software applications that adhere closely to the highest standards of excellence. This role demands a consistent track record in IT and a keen eye for detail to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to successfully execute software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain application systems to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system specifications.
- Provide outstanding support and training to end-users.
- Document processes and ensure applications adhere to compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT roles, specifically in software implementation and support.
- Proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle and Crystal Reports.
- Experience with software testing lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Background in life sciences or equivalent industry experience is a plus.
Education
- Bachelors - Preferred area of study: Life Sciences / Pharma IT
