About the Team:
The role is part of our Global Internal Applications team, who support the day to day running of several critical Capco applications.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Applications Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the support, implementation, and administration of our growing internal applications suite. You will provide functional and technical support to our Financial and Human Resources suite of applications, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a global team covering our suite of Financial and HRMS applications.
- Apply technical knowledge across various types of systems and suggest improvements and best practices.
- Action Production Support and Functional Requests of our Recruitment and eLearning systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system processes and production issues.
- Provide day-to-day production support to users with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal applications and support similar initiatives based on an aggressive business growth plan.
Qualifications:
- BS or BA Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Internal Application support experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
- · Experience in supporting Business and Financial software applications.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS TEAMS
- Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to work with a wide variety of people across the globe.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and with a sense of urgency, while juggling multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting System and Cornerstone Learning Management System is a plus.
