About the Role
As an Application Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert in core application areas, ensuring that our platform delivers excellence every day. You'll tackle challenges, provide smart solutions, and help maintain live operations by writing scripts, developing tools, and optimizing processes. This role offers a mix of technical troubleshooting, collaboration, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced fintech environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for key applications.
  • Support live operations, resolving issues and ensuring end-to-end closure of BAU (Business As Usual) tasks.
  • Develop and deploy tools to address application challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 support, Product Owners, and Operations Teams to enhance platform performance.
  • Participate in projects and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with methodologies like DevOps, Agile, or Kanban.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the payments industry
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Coralogix.
  • Basic development experience.
