-営業担当と連携しながら客先で評価デモを実施。客先に当社製品を接続する上で必要な情報の提供や通信の調整。
顧客装置へのデモユニット接続サポートとその後の操作手順に対する教育実施やパラメータ適正化のサポート。修理を担
当するサプライヤへ、製品に対する研修実施、等。
- Support the technical support team in complex cases of trouble shooting and drive technical discussions with
different departments in and outside Japan
【出張の有無と頻度】年に1～2 回のドイツ本社あるいはポーランド工場への出張有
【応募要件】
（必須）チームマネジメント経験3 年以上、5 名程度のチームマネジメント経験者
プラズマの知識と3～5 年程度のアプリケーションサポートの経験を持ち、客先とのコミュニケーションを通じて業務を行える方。
英語中級
（学歴）大学 (電気、物理 など)
（ご経歴参考）
１．半導体製造装置メーカーまたは半導体メーカーにて、Etching・CVD・Epi などのプラズマプロセス装置に対してフィールド
サービスやプロセス開発等にかかわっていた方。
２．半導体以外の業界の例として、ガラスコーティング（PVD（スパッター））、ディスプレイ系（OLED・LCD）に対してフィ
ールドサービスやプロセス開発等にかかわっていた方。
３．プラズマ電源メーカーでのエンジニア経験者
