IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Application Administrator supporting the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO) on Redstone. The candidate will be responsible for the essential functions listed below and must display the competencies as described to complete those essential functions.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Work with UHPO personnel to manage content for existing or new software-based tools that address specific issues within the project office
  • Gather and incorporate end-user requirements in the development/maintenance of software-based tools and the organization’s SharePoint site collection(s)
  • Customize the look and feel of SharePoint site(s) using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft InfoPath, Nintex, Master Pages, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript (JS), site features and other various tools while ensuring uniform navigation throughout site(s).
  • Lead records management IPT on behalf of UHPO
  • Collaborate with users and site content owners to improve OneNote, OneDrive, and SharePoint site usability and create efficiencies for business processes
  • Provide expertise of existing software industry standards and principals for development, documentation, coding, architecture, database design, and security practices
  • Establish development plans to include milestones, entrance and exit criteria, managing cost, schedule, and performance
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. 

Education and General Experience:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with workflow development and forms development using InfoPath and/or Nintex
  • Experience with U.S. Army Information Assurance requirements as it relates to application development and management, OneNote, OneDrive, and SharePoint technologies and basic operating system policies
  • Experience operating intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience coordinating tasks within a soft-matrix work environment
  • Experience creating charts and briefings for management and functional leads
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines
  • Experience functioning and leading within a team-oriented environment
  • Records management experience
  • Employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. 

Preferred Skills:

  • A Master’s Degree is preferred with at least 12 years of general experience in applications and/or data administration.
  • A strong work ethic and a healthy desire to acquire new skills are paramount in this position. Candidate should also have the following:
  • DoD Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification preferred (Security+ CE with related Computing Environment certification)
  • Knowledge of OneNote, OneDrive, and SharePoint including experience with custom coding web/app parts, SharePoint Designer, and integration with SQL DB

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Travel:  Must be able and willing to travel up to 10%
