Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse to work collaboratively with our Endocrinology Team.  

 Requirements include: 

• 1-year experience required; 2-4 years preferred
• Physician Assistant/Advanced Practice Nurse License
• Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)
• Must have experience with diabetes or treatment of diabetic patients
• Insulin pump experience strongly preferred
