The Opportunity:

LG Ads is seeking a highly skilled accounts payable specialist to join our team. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing and reconciling all vendor invoices and employee expense reports in an accurate and timely manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices, including data entry and obtaining necessary approvals. 

• Verify invoice accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with vendors. 

• Ensure vendor onboarding is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Assist on the management of our AP inbox.

• Maintain accurate vendor records and files. 

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues. 

• Review employee expense reports, including reviewing supporting documentation and ensuring compliance with company policy. 

• Assist with ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar position.

• Strong understanding of AP processes and procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: 

• Experience with Netsuite

• Proficiency in AP systems (Concur, Bill.com & Coupa).

• Familiarity with Purchase Order (PO) systems.
