Meet the team:
This role which will specialize in reports and analytics is a key member of the Global Business Services under Finance Department. The ideal candidate will perform analysis of accounts and will work closely with General Ledger and local Finance teams to ensure accuracy of AP reports. As a subject matter expert, the role is also expected to provide functional consultancy on system issues, will deliver continuous improvement / Six Sigma projects and other support task to the AP Supervisor and manager. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software and reporting tools and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Where you come in:
- You will prepare month end reports and analytics such as Unprocessed invoices, RNI and Open PO
- Lead aging items review and vendor reconciliation
- Assist in coordinating internal and external audit related to AP
- Work closely with IT in resolving functional legacy issues
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
- Handle payments processing for 1-2 entities
- Other assignments assigned by Supervisor or Manager
What makes you successful:
- Handled various Accounts Payable processes (Invoice Processing, Payments and Travel and expense)
- Experienced in using different systems (Ex Oracle EBS, Fusion, Concur, Basware) preferably with BPO or shared service experience
- Working knowledge on accruals and other accounting concepts related to payables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and in English communication (written and spoken)
- Advance knowledge in excel or any other reporting tool such as Tableau, PowerBi is preferred
- Knowledgeable in SOX and other financial controls
- Have understanding and basic application on CI/ Lean Six Sigma methodology
