We're looking for a AP Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv.

In this position, you'll be part of our growing finance department, which supports group subsidiaries worldwide. The right person for this role should be a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and aspires to specialize in a global NASDAQ-listed company

What You’ll Do: 

  • Deliver & support of daily accounting operations including invoice processing and coding, recording journal entries, vendor management and monitoring costs
  • Ongoing communication with budget teams and business teams across the organization
  • Assisting in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures
  • Participating in ad-hoc finance projects as and when needed

What will I bring?

  • Level two certified bookkeeper- Must
  • 0-3 years of experience in financial roles / bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • High level of English- both speaking and writing- Must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Versatile and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to work independently to agreed deadlines
  • Experience with NetSuite – Advantage
