Who You are:

Knowledge & Experience:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other related field

• 1-3 years of accounting experience

• Knowledge of UA GAAP and the Tax Code of Ukraine 

• English min. B1 level

• Prior experience in an international environment is an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Being a team player with a can-do-mentality

What You will do:

• Processing of all outgoing payments (in local and foreign currency) in a timely manner ensuring full authorization procedures have been followed

• Recording vendor payments and transactions related to accounts payable (incl. import of goods and services)

• Recording incoming VAT invoices and adjustments

• Recording the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets

• Liaising with banks regarding users accesses, documents & reports submission, etc.

• Performing accounts reconciliations ensuring compliance with corporate policy

• Supporting internal and external audit, month-end closing process
