For our international team, we are currently looking for an AOS Digital Tool Developer to support our operations in the EMEA region.
This is a remote position.
The AOS Digital Tool Developer will play a pivotal role within the Advanced Oncology Solutions team, whose goal is to cultivate the ingenuity of our clinical partners by empowering them to optimally adopt our oncology technology to deliver world class care to their patients & to achieve their clinical & operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the tools we use as a sales & professional service delivery team: to drive more efficient, consistent delivery of the highest quality service to our customers, and to allow us to use benefit & outcome data to create value-based selling tools for our sales team.
- Develop tools to support baseline assessments to measure "as is" workflow & system utilization, and also tools post project completion to measure the improvement in adoption, pathway duration & where possible outcomes.
- Enhance the tools we have created ourselves for project delivery with automation to decrease time spent on customer administrative tasks & increase productivity of our delivery team.
- Be part of our Continuous Process Improvement team and work closely with various teams to accumulate team needs & the corresponding clinical content and develop test & implement new tools.
- The methods, tools, and systems used to deliver our services are evolving rapidly, just as customer requests are becoming increasingly complex day by day. Therefore, the AOS Digital Tool Developer must have an open mind and be willing to learn new tools as the field evolves and implement these tools within the remit of their role.
- This role will require the candidate to be flexible, mostly working independently, but also collaboratively as an important part of an EMEA-wide Advanced Oncology Solutions team.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is a requirement.
- Expertise in BI tools & advanced use of Monday.com is desirable.
- Experience with project management and system implementation methodologies.
- Excellent attention to procedural detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis with the ability for lateral thinking to enable the breakdown of large complex problems into smaller solvable ones. Excellent attention to procedural detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Sound understanding of delivery projects in a matrix organization, demonstrating ability to work with others, many of whom are remote.
- Fluency and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken essential; fluency in other languages beneficial.
