We’re seeking for an Associate in Western Union Digital Customer Verification Team, based in Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a part of the team who responds to the need of Western Union to comply with regulations that require the identification of regular online service consumers. It is a part of the Know Your Client (KYC) program, working with the process of identification of WU.com consumers.
Role Responsibilities

Support WU.com consumers in European region and beyond with their identity verification.

Conducting checks on Politically Exposed Persons.

Providing support to consumers that are struggling with identity verification process.

Making sure that our customers are protected against money laundering or other illegal activities.

Helping the business look at ways of improving its customer experience and make recommendations on any process improvements.

Assisting the senior team on any issues that do arise.

Being tech-savvy with knowledge of how to utilize relevant back-office applications.

Make accurate judgements.
Role Requirements

High school degree required; college degree is a plus.

Customer centric approach.

Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills are mandatory.

Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).

Analytical, reactive, and attentive to detail.

Ability to multi-task and to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1042 - 1533 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
