Our sales teams have a holistic approach when doing business with our Trade customers. Long term partnerships, joint business-development and creating win-win scenarios are key to our success. What you'll do:

As Sales Operations Manager Andean cluster (Colombia, Ecuador y Peru), you will ensure the turnover of the Company in each of the Categories worked in the four countries in charge, You will work on market information and the behavior of our products in the different Sales Channels and you will provide Market and Business Performance information for decision-making by the General Manager and the region. If you have a results-oriented profile, with a vocation for service, teamwork, you like working with clients and data and you have skills in process improvement. Apply!

On detail, you will:

- Generate current market projection, future estimate, and other market data, in different dimensions of time

- Communicate, interact and coordinate with the areas involved in Market Planning (local and regional); - Build and Track Sell Out and customer stock

 - Analyze the performance of the outlined Sales Plan

- Identify business improvement opportunities in product segments

- Numerical analysis based on stock, sell in, sell out of customers to create action plans

 - Build and validate the short-term and long-term Sales Plan with the sales and product team

 - Lead consensus meetings where the Market Plan and the Sales strategy are presented

 - Coordinate with the Business Controlling team the calculation of variable incentives for commercial sales teams and inform HR for payment; Classified as Internal

- Carry out the monitoring and follow-up of the Sales Plan, invoicing and control check of the goals of the area; - Lead IT processes for the continuous improvement of processes and technology, generating annual budgets for the area; - Make the Order Fill Rate of customers; - Analyze stock coverage by category; - Take the history of the information presented & sector letter of the region.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related. Master of Finance desirable;

- Solid experience working in Logistics, Business Intelligence, Finance and/or Business Planning;

- Experience with team leadership;

- Experience with construction and Validation of the Short and Long Term Sales Plan;

- Experience in Finance and Profit & Loss;

- Experience and knowledge in integral logistics process;

- Experience in continuous improvement processes;

- Advanced knowledge in Power Bi and Tableau;

- Advanced Office;

- Advanced English (Portuguese is a plus).
