As an Analytics Solutions Associate, you will collaborate with Finance partners across all lines of business to identify business needs. You will then work with the Product/Technology teams to design and build capabilities and apply them to deliver solutions. We provide financial & business information and insights. Our team sits within the broader Financial Planning & Analysis organization.
Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with FP&A teams and subject matter experts to understand complex business concepts related to forecasting and financial analysis, and gain exposure to the different sub-businesses across the firm's LOBs
  • Design, develop, enhance and support forecasting calculators and processes using Python
  • Assist in migration of calculators from legacy platforms to our new forecasting platform on Databricks
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions to our LOB clients by automating forecasting models & processes, either through self-service automation tools or by using more advanced programming techniques (e.g. Python, Pyspark)
  • Work in a project-based, ad-hoc environment following an agile framework
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to develop new capabilities for the forecasting platform


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 2+ years of work experience in developing applications, products or frameworks / process automation / financial analysis / process improvement, or a related field.
  • Basic/intermediate knowledge in Python programming. Experience using pandas, numpy, classes and unit tests
  • Experience in CI/CD tools, bash scripts, git commands
  • Knowledge in Kubernetes, AWS and Databricks applications
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information system, Engineering or related field


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Knowledge of Alteryx Data Analytics, Anaplan and/or Tableau Data Visualization
  • Experience in partnering with business and technology to drive strategic projects
  • General knowledge of banking products and services
