Job Description
We are looking for a capable and highly driven team member to join our Analytics Center of Competence to help enable intelligent data-driven solutions for Agilent's Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain organization.
Job Overview:
Leads global and cross functional teams to consult with business customers to understand complex business problems and analysis needs, develop technical requirements for reports and analysis, and develop data analytics solutions that provide insights to business decision-makers. Identifies internal and/or external data sources and required/available data elements, and partners with IT and other internal/external resources to capture data. Leverages data and applies statistical techniques to perform analysis of structured/unstructured datasets and develop metrics. Uses knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ECC, HANA, MES, etc.) and master data, applies coding skills (SQL, Python), business intelligence technology (such as Qlik or Spotfire), and cloud services (e.g., AWS) to create data models, reports, analytics, dashboards, and other displays of trends and patterns. Augments solutions with machine learning & AI to enable complex data insight solutions. Applies disciplined project management in leading & managing activities to enable data insight solutions.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and support Analytics Solutions for Agilent’s Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions.

Consult with business stakeholders to understand business problems and Analytics/Data needs.

Propose and architect optimized end-to-end Analytics/Data solutions.

Translate business requirements into specifications for technical IT solutions.

Design efficient data models for high-performance analytics solutions.
-
Design & develop effective Analytics dashboards and other data insight/analysis solutions.

Manage projects to implement Analytics/data solutions, using project management processes.
-
Work independently with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across US, Europe and Asia.

Provide training and documentation for Analytics/Data solutions.

Manage and support Analytics/Data solutions and enhancements throughout its lifecycle.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science/Analytics or similar.

Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.

Project Management experience, leading teams across global environments and cultures.

Strong experience in development using Qlik Sense and/or Spotfire analytics tools.

Experience using SAP ECC with an understanding of the underlying supply chain processes and data.

Strong knowledge and experience with processes and data in one or more of the following areas: Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics.

Strong coding ability and experience using SQL, Python and Qlik scripting.

Experience in data modelling for analytics, databases and data warehousing in SAP HANA.

Experience using AWS cloud storage and services, e.g., S3, Redshift, Athena, Sagemaker, etc.

Experience in AI/ML and AI tools (e.g., MS CoPilot Studio, Azure AI Studio) is an advantage.

A strong flair for good UI/UX design in Analytics dashboards/solutions.

Familiar with project lifecycle and the execution disciplines required at each stage.

Awareness and understanding of Data Security, Compliance and Governance.

Proficient in developing Business Cases, ROI and Value Creation for Analytics/Data solution activities.

Proficiency in MS tools: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Effective Communication (verbal and written) in a global workspace.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
