The Opportunity
As an Analytics Business analyst you perform a wide variety of tasks related to our Analytics and AI projects. You will collect and document requirements, analyse processes, serve as scrum master or project manager for larger initiatives, keep the project portfolio up to date, and serve as an ambassador of our team in the wider organization. You will interface with stakeholders to keep them updated on the latest status of initiatives, collect new ideas, and assess new use cases.
As team member: You will be part of the Data and Analytics team, you will work in a collaborative and agile environment, surrounded by other Automation & Data enthusiasts at the Roche Services and Solutions (RSS), building solutions for our Roche peers and ultimately impacting our patients. It is expected from you to promote a healthy work environment, to embrace diversity and inclusion at its full definition and to promote an active feedback culture.
You will be part of RSS Analytics and Automation - a global team with regional presence in Switzerland, India, Costa Rica, Hungary, Latvia and Malaysia. We operate in an agile organizational set-up without extensive hierarchical structure, where it is expected that all our employees lead from every seat. Document requirements, as-is and to-be processes for Analytics&AI projects

Keep our portfolio system up to date with demands, projects, and resource plans

Act as project manager or scrum master for larger projects

Support your manager by collecting all relevant information for new projects to support the prioritization, e.g. by creating business cases, collecting information from our stakeholders

Create slide decks explaining important projects, the work of the team, or other
Who You Are
Business Skills:

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communicator, stakeholder management and change management

Experience in project management, requirements gathering, and structuring technical work

Attention to details, a love of well organized processes and neat documentation

Ability to navigate through a complex, broad, and diverse organization and can liaise effectively with different organizations.
