Job Description
Overview: P&G is seeking a full-time Ph.D. candidate to join the Robotics & Automation group within the Analytical & Measurement Sciences Organization. The initial project for this candidate will focus on developing a suite of high-throughput measurement techniques to enable the creation of the next generation of sustainable polymer films.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-throughput measurement techniques for analyzing and characterizing sustainable polymer films.
- Define & automate measurement techniques to establish a high-throughput laboratory environment that drives innovations in film technologies.
- Collaborate as a critical member of a multi-functional team.
- Eventually lead and manage a team of 1-2 individuals passionate about developing the appropriate analytical techniques to achieve a deep mechanistic understanding of film performance.

- General expertise in analytical chemistry, material science, and/or physical chemistry.
- Strong leadership, mentor, and communication skills.
- Experience in robotics is a plus but not required.
Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills paired with extensive experience in working in the lab.
