La division des résidences pour personnes âgées du bureau de Montréal recherche un(e) analyste principal(e) en immobilier ayant un minimum d’expérience pour l’assister dans diverses tâches dans la préparation de rapports d’évaluation et d’expertise pour différentes fins.
Qualifications clés
- Saisir avec minutie des états financiers et des informations de listes de locataires dans le chiffrier Excel.
- Mener des recherches et recueillir des données de marché à partir de bases de données internes et de tierces sources en matière de taux de location du marché, de transactions de propriétés comparables et d’information générale sur le marché.
- Effectuer des recherches de titres, taxes et zonage (TTZ).
- S’assurer que les données recueillies dans le cadre d’affectations continues soient entrées correctement et rapidement dans la base de données de la compagnie.
- Préparer des parties de rapports d’évaluation et/ou d’études de marché à partir de la plus récente information sur le marché obtenue de divers partenaires internes et externes. Une révision approfondie par un collègue est prévue.
- Améliorer son niveau de connaissance sur les tendances du marché et de l’industrie de façon continuelle.
- Travail d’équipe et collaboration: travailler de concert avec tous les membres de l’équipe et de toute l’organisation.
- Porter assistance au directeur dans des tâches administratives.
Compétences clés
- Diplôme universitaire dans le domaine de l'immobilier, architecture, urbanisme ou dans un domaine relatif.
- Parfaite maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
- Être capable de travailler en équipe et de manière indépendante
- Être capable de respecter des échéanciers serrés
- Être enthousiaste avec un degré élevé d’intégrité, d’honnêteté et d’éthique
- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais écrits
- Avoir des habiletés dans la gestion, la planification et l’organisation de projets
