L'Analyste Financier joue un rôle essentiel dans le maintien de la santé financière de notre organisation. Ce rôle consiste à analyser les données de coûts, à préparer des rapports financiers, à assurer la conformité avec les contrôles internes et à soutenir divers départements en matière de budgétisation et de prévision. Le candidat idéal possédera de solides compétences analytiques, un souci du détail et une expérience des principes et des systèmes de comptabilité analytique, tels que SAP.

Tâches et responsabilités principales :
- Comptabilité analytique et analyse : Effectuer des analyses de coûts complètes, y compris l'analyse des écarts, l'analyse des rendements et l'analyse d'absorption. Maintenir les normes de coûts et prendre en charge la détermination des coûts des nouveaux produits.
- Gestion des stocks : Superviser les processus de contrôle des stocks, y compris le rapprochement, le provisionnement et l'analyse des écarts.
- Rapports et analyses financiers : Préparer et analyser les rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, y compris les comptes de résultat, les bilans, les ventes, le coût des marchandises vendues et les dépenses. Fournir des commentaires pertinents sur la performance financière.
- Conformité et contrôles internes : Assurer la conformité avec les exigences de la loi Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) relatives aux stocks, à la détermination des coûts et aux autres processus financiers.
- Budgétisation et prévision : Soutenir le processus de budgétisation et de prévision, y compris les projections de coûts, la planification des dépenses d'investissement et la participation au processus R&OP (Revenue and Operations Planning).
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) : Surveiller et analyser les processus P2P, fournir des conseils aux parties prenantes et identifier les axes d'amélioration.
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Collaborer étroitement avec divers départements, notamment les RH, la R&D et les Opérations, pour fournir une expertise et un soutien financiers.
Qualifications :
- Licence en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité analytique ou en analyse financière.
- Solide connaissance des principes, des pratiques et des systèmes de comptabilité analytique.
- Maîtrise de SAP (ou d'un système ERP pertinent) requise.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
- Compétences avancées en Excel.
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.

The Financial Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. This role is responsible for analyzing cost data, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and supporting various departments with budgeting and forecasting. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with cost accounting principles and systems such as SAP.
Fixed-term contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cost Accounting and Analysis: Perform comprehensive cost analysis, including variance analysis, yield analysis, and absorption analysis. Maintain costing standards and support new product costing.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, including reconciliation, provisioning, and analysis of discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, sales, COGS, and expenses. Provide insightful commentary on financial performance.
- Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements related to inventory, costing, and other financial processes.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including cost projections, and participation in R&OP.
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Support: Monitor and analyze P2P processes, provide guidance to stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments, including HR, R&D, and Operations, to provide financial expertise and support.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, practices, and systems.
- Proficiency in SAP (or relevant ERP system) is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of English is required.
