Les professionnels spécialisés en analyse de coûts et gestion de projets du Groupe Altus recherchent un(e) analyste avec 1 à 2 ans d’expérience, ou plus, en estimation et/ou contrôle des coûts de projets de construction. Nous recherchons une personne motivée et passionnée par le secteur de la construction, organisée et respectueuse des délais. Le candidat sera chargé de soutenir le personnel senior dans la préparation des rapports de suivi des coûts, la réalisation d’estimations, ainsi que d’autres tâches essentielles.

Responsabilités principals:

• Fournir une variété de services en analyse et estimation de coûts :

• Réalisation de métrés;

• Préparation d’estimation de coûts selon l’avancement des plans;

• Surveillance de prêts de construction.

• Préparer et rédiger des rapports en français et en anglais;

• Effectuer des visites de chantiers et les rapports de progrès;

• Analyser l’avancement des travaux.

Compétences principals:

• 1-2 ans d’expérience ou plus en estimation et/ou contrôle de coûts de projets de construction;

• DEC en estimation, Certificat en économie de la construction, Certificat gestion de construction ou l’équivalent;

• Membre RICS, AEÉCQ, ICÉC, LEED ou en cours d’obtention;

• Être en mesure d’analyser les échéanciers et les plans et devis à toutes les étapes d’un projet;

• Connaissances informatiques notamment avec les logiciels suivants : Excel, Word, MS Project, Cost X, Estate Master et SharePoint. Bonne connaissance des méthodes d’estimation les plus utilisées (Masterformat, Uniformat et ICÉC);

• Connaissances des normes en matière de santé et sécurité sur les chantiers;

• Bonnes aptitudes à la communication en anglais et français;

• Capacité à effectuer de multiples tâches tout en respectant des échéanciers serrés, faisant preuve d'une grande initiative, d'intégrité, d'honnêteté et d'une éthique de travail exemplaire. Travailler dans une atmoshere d’équipe sous la direction d’une senior.
